I did not receive this order and have been charged. I've called the restaurant several times to explain I could not collect and needed to cancel the order, and I was assured it had been cancelled and was told a manager would ring me back (they haven't, and it's been two days). I don't know how to file a complaint to get my money back. The app now suggests that I collected my order and the money has been taken from my bank account, but I did not collect the order!

Ordered pizza for 6:30pm via pizzaholic app and wrote on notes to be delivered 6:30. Even rang up to check they got my note as it was for a party. Pizza came 45 minutes late and it was pretty cold. Rang up twice to be told....."it's on its way". They said they were short of delivery drivers apparently. They had over 3 hours notice from me.

Food was great. One of the pizzas we received was not what we ordered. I called the restaurant, explained the situation and they sent out the correct pizza pretty quickly. I was really impressed at how simple it was to sort it out. Thank you ????

Mexican pizza, pepperoni was burnt and pizza was hard. Kebab supreme pizza had no flavour. Delivery was brilliant and so were shop staff.

Before I start, please read to the end. Todays experience with Pizzaholic was not perfect. After waiting nearly an hour and a half (half an hour after the designated eta for delivery) I called up having not received my order yet. They took my order number and address down and contacted the delivery driver. To cut a long story short, the order was sent to the wrong address. The delivery driver called up and apologised for the confusion and said he would come out to redeliver the order once the food had been recooked. He also rang me when he was almost at my address to confirm he was delivering to the correct address. Despite the hiccup, I was pleased with my experience. I’ve used this takeaway on quite a few occasions and I’ve not been disappointed, wide range of pizzas (even customisable ones where you can choose your own toppings - perfect for fussy people like me) and other foods and it’s all good quality too. The prices are slightly on the steep side but you are getting what is in my opinion a lovely pizza. I would have no problem using these again. In fact, I prefer these over my local pizza shops!
